CANAPE HOUR

This package is perfect if your venue or caterer already offers a drinks package and you just want something fun to entertain your guests during the afternoon canapés while you're off having photos done. This package is strictly limited to Fridays only.

  • Bar hire + service for 2 - 3 hours during canapés

  • Provision of ice and all glassware including wine, champagne, beer, spirit, water glasses + water caraffes. No breakage fee

  • All barware consumables including straws, napkins, cocktail stirrers. 

  • Ability to offer your guests beer on tap

  • RSA qualified bar staff with over 10 years hospitality and event management experience

  • Self serve caraffes of fruit infused waters at the bar

  • Personalised bar menu supplied by our graphic designer

  • Background music played within the bar, with a carefully curated funky playlist to get your guests in the mood.

  • Two lawn games

  • Your wedding assistant - $35 per hour. Hire a staff member to help with pre ceremony setup, moving ceremony furniture to the reception if they're being used again, turn on lights and light candles before guests arrive to the reception, keep food rubbish out of sight, cut and plate your cake, help with clean up at the end of the night.
